How are you different from real estate agents?
Real estate agents don't want to help you, they just want to
“list” properties. They charge you to sell your property
with no guarantee that it will sell. The process usually takes many
months! You never know when it'll sell or for how much.

When you miss a payment most lenders will only take the full amount you
owe. Call your lender immediately and try to work something out to get
caught up on your payments. There are better ways of handling a
financial crisis than going into foreclosure or bankruptcy.
